Dr. Ali Ismail works as a BIM expert in Dubai Municipality and actively involved in developing and executing Dubai BIM Roadmap and managing the UAE buildingSMART chapter.  He holds a PhD and Master of Science degrees in civil engineering from TU Dresden-Germany. He is specialized in Open BIM and construction project planning using simulation.
