Iman’s role as the unit Technical Excellence Director is to drive forward the excellence mission in the region through a focus on safeguarding quality, and unleashing digital innovation to solve our industry’s challenges. Iman is an accomplished chartered member of the Institution of Structural Engineers, with over 22 years' experience in the design management of projects in the residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, transport, infrastructure and public sectors. Throughout her career, Iman has promoted digital delivery, efficient and sustainable low carbon solutions, with a strong focus on achieving good social outcomes.
