LiDAR Scanning has been carried out for all buildings in order to achieve the high accuracy data output in the BIM Models.\u00a0 All the parcels are required to develop BIM data up to iLOD 500 to extract COBie (Construction Operation Building Information Exchange) to interface CAFM systems such as IBM- Maximo. Also the BIM Models has been used further to be hosted in Digital Twin platform to achieve the smart city solutions use cases &amp; GIS navigation systems to provide an efficient Operation &amp; maintenance through integrated command center.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n            <\/li>\n                     <li class=\"wpuf-field-data wpuf-field-data-textarea_field\">\n                                   <label>Technical execution: How were digital tools implemented in a project or initiative to optimise AEC processes or tasks?
