Julie is responsible for implementing the most sophisticated digital city platform that will allow connected infrastructure systems to offer a seamless and immersive customer adventure as they become part of the Diriyah experience.

From integrated government services, to wadi leisure and luxury living, Smart Diriyah combines over 50 integrated infrastructure systems and service applications. Through the combination of sophisticated user interfaces that capitalise upon real time data, the city will deliver operational excellence across its many mixed-use functions whilst ensuring that technology takes its rightful place as an enabler, and not a driver.

Gillian is nominated for her leadership in offsite manufactured solutions to complex projects, namely across remote locations in Saudi Arabia.

She has brought an innovative approach to modular construction by rethinking what is achievable in terms of module size, typologies and interoperability of components. Her thought-leadership in this space has seen her take on various advisory roles within Neom to help industrialise the construction of major assets.

Manal Al Ghannam is a senior project engineer in King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) Dry Port located in Abqaiq City, Saudi Arabia. She joined Saudi Aramco 12 years ago. Manal has worked on several iconic and unique projects during her career that have contributed meaningfully to Vision 2030, such as King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (iThra), KFUPM Business Park (AMAAD) and SPARK Dry Port.

Manal has demonstrated her ability at managing projects by being part of the team leading the construction of the operation buildings, working closely with contractors and site engineers along with deploying construction and safety technologies that helped to expedite the construction sequence of work as well as contributed to enhancing the environmental sustainability.

In addition, Manal led the Department Project Execution Technology Initiative through proactive scouting of technologies and coordination with the technology committee for evaluation and acceptance that leads to high number of deployed technologies within the department.

Micheline Nader is the Senior Manager of BIM at Khatib & Alami. She has 24 years of experience, 20 of which were spent on highway design, leading various international infrastructure mega projects, and four years leading the BIM implementation team to drive the adaptation of consistent, internationally recognised standards for BIM, starting with the infrastructure sector and moving to other sectors across K&A.

A civil engineer by profession, her experience as project/design manager on several roads, highways, bridges, and expressway projects and her passion for new technologies made her the ideal leader for the digital transformation of infrastructure.

Micheline's ability to implement innovative technologies has brought significant benefits to project teams, raising efficiency by eliminating repetitive work, reducing errors, and ensuring project requirements comply with international standards and codes. She is currently managing the BIM implementation and following up on the workflow and the interdisciplinary coordination of mega-projects like Neom and the Red Sea.

Piyusha is a veteran, award-winning architect, interior designer and design coach. She has more than a decade of experience as project lead on projects of all scales - from small apartments to multi use towers, villas to masterplans, clinics to large hospitals, cafes to resorts, saloons to wellness centers, offices to commercial towers - she has been a point person on many successful built forms defining a city.

She started EXS Design from a spare bedroom in 2020 and the firm is now working on projects such as business centers, resorts and villas. It is also the design command for some respected food & beverage concepts.

Piyusha is a university gold medalist from Pune university and an NDTV national level award winner in design.

Raising design awareness has been a part of her passion and she pursues this through design coaching-mentorship and workshops. EXS Coach Me is a sister concern of EXS Design, through which she ensures to educate people outside the design fields about ideal processes and creates market awareness.
