Booking Terms & Conditions
- All participants must register and pay in advance to gain access to the live ceremony
- Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received in full
- Any early bird discount is subject to the payment being received before the cut-off period
- Cancellation requests received within 30 calendar days or less of the event are non-refundable
- Cancellation requests received at 31 days or more of the event are subject to full refund minus $100 administration fee
- No-show delegates will not be refunded
