All participants must register and pay in advance to gain access to the live ceremony
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received in full
Any early bird discount is subject to the payment being received before the cut-off period
Cancellation requests received within 30 calendar days or less of the event are non-refundable
Cancellation requests received at 31 days or more of the event are subject to full refund minus $100 administration fee
No-show delegates will not be refunded
