Amarnath has spearheaded an ecosystem of technologies, processes, and policies that revolutionize project lifecycle management through innovative design technology. Leading the implementation of BIM across multiple divisions, namely Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP, Interior Design, Urban Design, Landscape, Façade, and PPMOF (Prefabrication, preassembly, modularization, and offsite fabrication), he has enabled a model-based approach that significantly enhances collaboration and information sharing. His foresight in integrating a cloud-based Common Data Environment prior to the pandemic ensured organizational resilience and facilitated a seamless transition to remote work.

Amarnath's efforts have accelerated project schedules, improved risk assessment, and fostered cost efficiency by enabling early involvement of specialist design teams and leveraging fabrication-level drawings earlier in the project lifecycle. His efforts led to BIM being perceived as a technology stream, and the resulting innovation was recognised as an independent value and used in marketing efforts. His role in digitization and technology adoption has not only transformed Sobha Realty's operations but has also set a new benchmark in the real estate industry for utilizing digital technology in construction.

With more than 22 years of experience leading technology and business transformations across various industries in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Oceania, Jayesh is a highly accomplished executive. He currently serves as the Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIDO) at ROSHN Group, where he drives the company's digital transformation and innovation agenda. Before joining ROSHN, Jayesh held several leadership positions in the region, including Chief Information Officer at Damac, Majid Al Futtaim Properties, and a government-owned budget airline in Dubai. He has a proven track record of delivering successful technology and business initiatives that result in significant cost savings, revenue growth, and improved customer experiences.

He is an outstanding communicator, an exceptional leader, and an even better strategist. Jayesh is instrumental in optimizing business processes by translating complex operational concepts into tangible action plans. He believes that client-centricity is crucial to achieving business productivity and profitability. With extensive experience in solving various business challenges across all technology areas in diversified industries, Jayesh is highly adept at grasping complexity and driving simplicity. He has a win-win mindset and excels at building profitable long-term relationships while helping companies grow. Jayesh holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from University Teknologi Malaysia.

Kapil Kumar is a highly skilled BIM professional with over 20 years of experience in the AEC industry, currently serving as the Director of Digital Delivery at Egis. Throughout his career, Kapil has been instrumental in driving the adoption of digital tools and technologies, successfully implementing BIM, and improving in-house delivery processes for various AEC firms in the region. Kapil has been instrumental in driving digital technology strategy and leadership in his organization, spearheading its digital transformation with initiatives like a Digital Delivery Roadmap and enhanced BIM expertise.

He introduced innovative BIM technologies such as BIM360/ACC, Revit, and Navisworks, alongside cloud collaboration and Virtual Reality tools, improving project outcomes and delivery speed. As a leader, he manages BIM teams, ensuring project execution aligns with requirements and client expectations, while also supporting the bidding process. Education is integral to his approach, as he provides training and mentorship to foster continuous learning and development. Kapil's efforts resulted in significant organizational improvements, including reduced paperwork, improved coordination, and enhanced documentation quality. He's also made a notable impact on the industry, speaking at international events and contributing to knowledge sharing through articles, advocating for modern technology adoption in AEC projects.

Khodor has demonstrated thought leadership in Engineering, Digital Engineering, and research and development over the past 7 years at El-Seif Engineering Contracting, contributing to various Mega Projects with diverse applications. His successes lie in implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital construction to address known issues within the construction industry. He consistently thinks outside the box to enhance productivity and quality improvements. Khodor possesses a remarkable talent for finding technical solutions to construction challenges using modern technology.

Since joining El-Seif as Corporate Engineering Director, he has diligently worked towards effecting significant change throughout the entire company. He has applied an innovation philosophy and emphasized research and development in both design and modern construction technology. Khodor has been instrumental in introducing tomorrow's construction technology to El-Seif, such as Scan to BIM, 4D, 5D modeling, Laser scanning, use of drone, MEP Modular, digital Twin which assist the construction team in controlling time and costs effectively. He plays a pivotal role in off-site engineering and modular buildings at El-Seif Engineering. Furthermore, he played a crucial role in obtaining the BIM ISO certification for El-Seif Engineering, making it the first company in KSA to achieve this milestone.

Dr. Marwan Abu Ebeid is the digital Construction Lead for Turner Construction International, Where he has made a global impact using digitalization to influence the construction industry. Marwan is an Author of the National Smart Construction Guidelines for the UAE Government. He is the Award winner of the Best Engineer award in UAE for the year 2022 for his efforts to ensure the sustainable prosperity of the UAE through evolving methodologies in construction.

He is a founding member of the Center of Excellence in Smart Construction (CESC), A board member of the Digital Engineering Chapter at the Society of Engineers in UAE, and an Advisory Board Member for the American University of Sharjah (AUS) and for the University of Sharjah (UoS). Dr. Marwan received his Ph.D. degree in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University in the UK. He also holds a Certificate in Driving Digital Strategy from Harvard University and two Certificates in Digital Transformation and Smart Cities from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Syed Saud is Senior Director of Digital Delivery at Red Sea Global (RSG), the developer behind The Red Sea and AMAALA, two exceptional, regenerative tourism destinations that aim to set new standards in sustainable development and put Saudi Arabia on the global tourism map. Syed has been an integral part of the Department since its inception, thanks to his 20 years of experience and technical know-how from working across the GCC. He has been instrumental in developing and launching innovative solutions that have helped RSG grow and expand its digital journey.

Along with his team, Syed’s leadership and expertise are paving the way to enable RSG to become a leader in the ConTech industry, supporting RSG’s ambitious vision. Within the department, Syed has been responsible for creating a culture of collaboration and innovation, allowing for the development of creative solutions to complex business and industry challenges.

He has been at the forefront of adapting and enabling new technologies, products and services, as well as pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

His goal is for RSG to become a major player in the real estate technology sector. Syed's hard work to support the company’s development and contributions to people and the planet are invaluable. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and many industry certifications.
