These digital initiatives have yielded significant results with 100% deployment of BIM across development and delivery projects, and a 40% increase in adoption by the end of 2025 compared to adoption in 2024. Measurable results achieved include a 12% to 15% reduction in design errors, reduced construction waste due to inefficient designs, enhanced budgeting accuracy to 97%, and realised significant improvements in schedule adherence.
