Jacques is a strategic leader and trusted advisor who has been instrumental in leveraging digital tools, technology, and Digital Twins to enhance operations and fuel business growth. He has collaborated with top-tier organizations to deliver innovative solutions, including his significant contributions to the development of the UAE Digitalized Construction Guideline 4.0 and the global Digital Twin architecture for NEOM's The Line and OXAGON projects, in partnership with PWC, shaping national standards for smart infrastructure.

With over 19 years of experience in technology, software certification, and organizational transformation across Switzerland, GCC, USA, France, and Singapore, Jacques has a proven track record of addressing technical, managerial, and operational challenges.
