Dr. Sana Amir is an Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering in the School of Engineering at the University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD). She specializes in Structural Engineering and obtained her PhD from Delft University of Technology, Netherlands.

Dr. Amir research interests include Sustainable Design, Concrete Bridges, Green Concrete, Finite Element Analysis, etc. with publications in several prestigious journals. She has also presented her work in numerous international conferences.

Dr. Amir has a teaching experience of over 15 years. Other than UOWD, she has worked in American University in Dubai and University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, Pakistan.
