In her role as the Mott MacDonald Middle East and Regional Technical Excellence Leader, Iman’s objective is to drive the excellence mission in the region through a focus on safeguarding quality, and unleashing digital innovation to solve our construction industry’s challenges.

Iman is a passionate structural engineer and chair of the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) regional group. With a fellowship in IStructE and 23 years of experience in the engineering consultancy, she has led the design and delivery of complex and multidisciplinary projects across the built environment, advisory and transport sectors. Throughout her career, Iman has promoted digital delivery, efficient and sustainable low carbon solutions, with a strong focus on achieving great social outcomes.
